Account Manager
Summary:
This opportunity is for a full-time Account Manager in our Ft. Loramie office. Prior insurance experience and an Ohio P&C license required. Responsibilities of this position will be to support the client experience and sales goals of the agency through providing exceptional customer service and working with your team to retain and obtain our ideal clients. This will include working directly with clients by phone, email and in person to provide counsel regarding their risk management and policy service needs.

Business Support Specialist
Summary:
This opportunity is for a full time Business Support Specialist in our Ft Loramie office. Responsibilities of this position will be to support the client experience and sales goals of the agency through performance of “back office” functions working directly with Account Managers. Examples of specific duties are: maintain client information and data entry in agency management system, processing policy and new business transactions, policy checking, researching policy and billing history. While prior insurance and business office experience is preferred, we look to hire exceptional talent and highly motivated people and are willing to train the right person. Outstanding performance will lead to career advancement opportunities.
