Jeff Sargeant, CPIA
President
A 20+ year veteran of the insurance industry, Jeff is a graduate of Sidney High School and Ohio Wesleyan University.
He is a past member of the Agent Advisory Councils for: Motorists Insurance, Indiana Insurance, Ohio Mutual Insurance, and Liberty Mutual. Past Director of MarketSource Agency Network. Jeff has also served on many boards and committees in his local community.
James Johnson, CPRM
Vice President of Operations
James joined the agency in 2004 and attended Miami University and Sinclair Community College.
He has been a track coach at Botkins Local Schools and a board member of Big Brothers and Big Sisters of Shelby & Darke Counties.
Jamie Mescher, CIC, CWCA
Vice President
Jamie is a graduate of Versailles High School and the University of Findlay. He began his insurance career in 1999. He provides guidance on Human Resources, OSHA, DOT, safety, and workers compensation.
He is involved with the Minster Civic Association, the St. Augustine Church Council, Minster Journeyman’s Club, and a member of SIFE. Jamie also helps coach kid’s sports.
